'Switched On' is a Brightgreen initiative. We challenge the design community to create the world's greatest eco
light. It can be a new fixed or free downlight, bulb, lamp, task light or something completely new using the freedoms of
high end LED's to combat climate change and planned obsolescence. |

| Our goal is to create the most desirable, efficient, long life and
sustainable lighting products that embody emotional truths that last as long as the LED's themselves.

| Why LED's? |

| LEDs give you design freedom: they are modular and long lasting,
allowing for flexible design configurations without the need to change any "light bulbs" du ring there lifecycle.

Competition Conditions:
- Entries close 24 December 2008.
- Submissions and all queries are to be emailed by clicking the link below. Submissions must include digital attachments
of 3D rende ring s and relevant specifications.
- Designers can enter as many times as they like
- The three winning designs will each receive $1000 each. The winner will be decided by a panel the final decision to
award prizes is at the discretion of the Brightgreen Product Development Team. |
